The Spring Festival holiday has just ended. To welcome every employee returning to their posts to start the new year's work, on January 30, 2023, Anqing Sanwei Electric Co., Ltd. and Anqing Wanhang Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd. held the 2023 Spring Festival Gala, where all employees and their families gathered together to celebrate this unforgettable event.
The annual meeting opened amidst joy and warm applause. General Manager Zhang Linyan delivered a New Year's speech, summarizing the achievements of the company under the dual pressures of repeated epidemics and economic downturns over the past three years, expressing high respect and heartfelt thanks to all employees and their families, and conveying firm confidence in future development.
At the banquet, Union Chairman Zou Siyuan successively announced the list of winners for the Advanced Worker of the Year, Best Team Award, Innovation Award, Skilled Worker Award, Growth Star, Dedication Star, Savings Star, Market Development Award, Badminton Competition, and Electrician Skills Competition. Chairman Cheng Xin of Sanwei Electric, Chairman Yu Xiangdong of Wanhang Technology, General Manager Zhang Linyan, and Deputy General Manager Jiang Jiawei presented awards for each category.
Ignite passion, achieve dreams. On this grand stage of celebration, the beautiful performances of zheng music and vigorous singing and dancing are Sanwei people's tribute to those days spent together and the friendship forged in unity.
A lively banquet is certainly incomplete without a lucky draw to liven things up. This annual meeting featured multiple lucky draw segments with many gifts; each interaction was filled with fun, and every blessing was a warm encouragement. From 'small family' to 'big family', it brought care from Sanwei. The atmosphere of joy and excitement brought the annual meeting to a climax.
What flows away is time; what remains unchanged is our original intention. Chairman Cheng Xin delivered an impassioned speech, extending New Year's blessings to employees who worked passionately during the past three years of pandemic challenges and expressing sincere gratitude to all families. He stated that he is full of confidence and expectations for the development of private economy in line with current national policies.
Looking ahead to 2023, we will base ourselves on a new development stage, continue to increase investment in technological innovation and core technology breakthroughs, build a value community that enhances corporate culture's centripetal force, and foster a greater sense of belonging among employees.
